I realised that design is everywhere; from art and movies to restaurants and streets. However, throughout time, I came to the conclusion that design is not accessible to everyone, as designers and agencies do not include people from all backgrounds in their teams; hence the outcome of projects is usually bespoke to certain people, ethnicities and sexual orientations/identifications.
β
I always wanted to have an actual impact on society, and opening my own studio will allow me to address topics as I believe they should be addressed. I decided to open this design agency with my friend and business partner, Giulia, because, both of us, have a really strong feeling for change, help and equality.

I usually start my day with a nice walk. I then shower and practice my skin care routine. Β I follow up my morning with breakfast, tea or coffee. Then start working by going over the tasks of the day. I like to have relaxing soundtracks when I work as it helps me keeping focused and productive.
Laptop and notebook β easy and minimal.

I must say that I'm usually proud of my failures β every time I fail something, I learn from it and grow, creating a successful story around it. However, if I had to pick my favorite project over the years I would definitely pick 'Queerys'. It is an ongoing project, but our team is working our best on it and I couldn't be more proud of its evolution.
β
As already mentioned, Queerys, an LGBT platform, is a project I am particularly attached to. I am looking forward to delivering it and sharing some more info with you all.

I think that our main challenge is getting the right people on board. As a company, we have a mission and, sometimes, it is not easy to find the same values within the experts that we'd need and hire. We always try our best to give our employees the best we can; but, of course, we expect them to share our vision.
